Welcome to Rosspilot's online galleries . . .
Rosspilot is the artist name used by Commercial Pilot and Aerial Photographer Lee Ross. He has been flying for more than 35 years. His career as an aerial photographer had its genesis in early childhood when he dreamed of flying while watching "Sky King" on Saturday mornings. His father (an avid photographer hobbyist) taught him to take pictures as a child. The dream of flight became reality in 1976 when he learned to fly helicopters in the US Army, and then transitioned into small airplanes in 1979. In 1995, he started his business that combined his love for both photography and aviation. Ross is a Past President of the 400-member Professional Aerial Photographer’s Association, International (PAPA) and has served on the Board of Directors for 8 years.
